He is an award-winning professional in anti-fraud best practices from IIA Abu Dhabi in 2016, he accumulated more than 25 years across different assurance domains and occupied roles as Head of Enterprise Risk, Head of Fraud Risk management, and Investment Audit Director in Dubai Holding and audit manager at KPMG and other large companies.

His areas of expertise are financial and operational auditing, internal auditing, corporate governance and control, financial investigation, anti-fraud, and risk management.

• He holds a Certificate in Financial Analysis (CFA) from the American Institute of Financial Analysis
• Certified Public Accountant and Fellow of the American Society of Certified Public Accountants (CPA)
• He is a certified risk management analyst and holds an ISO 31000 certificate in risk management auditing
• He holds the Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) certification from the American Institute of Certified Fraud Examiners
• Chartered Accountant in the Register of Accountants and Auditors at the Ministry of Finance in Egypt
• Certified lead auditor for risk management systems
• A professional financial investigator certified by the American Institute of Certified Fraud Examiners
