Walid holds a master’s degree and a doctorate in financial management and business administration. He has extensive experience in the field of consulting, restructuring and corporate organisation, which he gained through his work as an investor and entrepreneur and holding leadership positions during more than 25 years in various positions, including CFO, CEO, Shareholder and Board member of several companies.
His areas of expertise cover financial and operational audit, corporate and business consulting, restructuring and organisation, operational and financial due diligence and corporate governance.
